I don't even remember if I posted here the first time around, come to think. I was here for about four years then died off for a bit, but I decided to come back. Anyhow. I'm John Norum, and I play guitar for the band Europe, which I co-founded with joey_tempest about 3 decades ago. I left the band for a while, and they eventually broke up. When they decided to get back together I came back to reform the lineup that is best known for the album and song The Final Countdown. We've put out three albums since reforming and if I do say so myself, we're way better than we were back then. In between leaving the band and coming back I had my own solo career and have worked with many of the best musicians in classic rock. I wasn't especially social around here last time but I am giving it another shot now.
